Culinary workshop launch ceremony

On 02nd June 2017, the Cacaveli Bluezone hosted the “Zozo Papaa” culinary workshops.

“Zozo Papaa” in Ewe means “hot”. The culinary workshops “Zozo Papaa” are an initiative carried out by three young Togolese entrepreneurs. They consist in rediscovering the old abandoned recipes and the traditional nourishing and therapeutic meals of Togo.

These workshops will be held each month. Those who wish to learn how to cook local dishes with pure Togolese products are invited to participate.

The launch of culinary workshops at the Cacaveli Bluezone is a support of the Bollore Group to Togolese culture.
